Jambu Pro is a property dealer management application designed to help real estate professionals calculate deals, manage leads, and organize business information.
1) Summary
- We use your mobile number for OTP-based login.
- You may use the app as an Individual user, Organization, or Organization Employee. Some features depend on the selected user type.
- The app can store data locally for offline use and sync certain data to our servers.
- If you upload images (profile/company logo), they are stored on Cloudinary and we store the image URL in our database.
- If you import leads from phone contacts, we access contacts only after you grant permission.
- We do not sell your personal data.
2) Information we collect
Information you provide
- Mobile number (for registration and OTP login)
- Profile details (name, email, user type, address, business details)
- CRM contacts/leads you add or import
- Organization/employee relationships and lead assignments
- Support messages when you contact us
Device permissions (optional)
- Contacts: to import phonebook entries into CRM (requires consent)
- Photos/Media: to pick profile pictures and company logos
Images
Uploaded profile pictures or company logos are stored on Cloudinary. We store the resulting URL to display them in the app and on your mini website.
3) How we use information
- To authenticate users and prevent misuse (OTP login)
- To save and sync your profile and CRM data
- To provide calculators, CRM, listings, and mini website features
- To enable organization features like employee lead assignment
- To process Jambu Pro Shop orders, payments, shipping, and support
- To provide customer support
4) Jambu Pro Shop orders
If you purchase from Jambu Pro Shop (web or app), we collect and use:
- Shipping name, phone, address, city, state, pincode
- Order items, amounts, payment mode (COD or online)
- Payment transaction references via Razorpay (we do not store full card/UPI details)

5) Offline storage & sync
The app stores some data on your device for offline support. When internet is available, certain data may sync to servers for backup and continuity.
6) Sharing & third-party services
We share information only as needed to provide the service:
- OTP SMS provider (to send/verify OTP)
- Cloudinary (to host uploaded images)
- Razorpay (to process online shop payments)
- Cloud hosting/database providers
7) Data retention
We retain your data while your account is active. You can request permanent deletion — see our Delete Account page.
8) Security
We take reasonable measures to protect your data. Keep your device secure and do not share your OTP with anyone.
9) Your choices
- Update profile information from within the app
- Control CRM sync via consent settings
- Log out or remove account from device to clear local session
- Request permanent deletion via the Delete Account page
10) Children's privacy
Jambu Pro is not intended for children under 18.
11) Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when app features change. Continued use indicates acceptance.
