By using Jambu Pro, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
1) Eligibility & account access
- You must use a valid mobile number to access the app.
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device.
- Do not share your OTP with anyone.
2) Acceptable use
- Do not attempt unauthorized access, reverse engineering, or abuse of the service.
- Do not use the app for unlawful activities.
- You are responsible for the content you add (e.g., CRM notes, listings, and contacts).
3) Accounts, roles & organizations
- The app supports Individual, Organization, and Organization Employee user types.
- Organizations may manage employees and assign or transfer leads.
- Employees may have access limited to leads assigned to them.
4) Listings & mini website
- You are responsible for the accuracy of property listings you publish.
- App Home listings require review approval before appearing on the public home feed.
- Mini website content must comply with applicable real estate advertising laws.
5) Jambu Pro Shop (online store)
The app and website include Jambu Pro Shop for purchasing books, combo offers, bundles, digital downloads, and related services. By placing a shop order you also agree to our Shop Pricing & Policies, including:
- Prices are shown in INR; sale prices apply at checkout when listed on the product page.
- A flat shipping fee (currently ₹99) applies to physical orders as described in shop policies.
- Payment via Razorpay (online) or Cash on Delivery (COD) where available.
- Digital products may be non-refundable after delivery; physical returns follow the shop refund policy.
- You must provide accurate shipping contact and address details for fulfilment.
6) Offline storage & sync
The app may store data locally for offline use. When internet is available, certain data may sync to servers for backup and continuity.
7) Third-party services
We may use third-party providers for OTP delivery, image hosting, payment processing (Razorpay), and cloud infrastructure. These providers process data as necessary to deliver their services.
8) Intellectual property
The app, branding, and associated content are owned by Jambu Pro or its licensors. You may not copy or redistribute them without permission.
9) Termination
We may suspend or restrict access if we reasonably believe there is misuse, fraud, or a violation of these terms.
10) Disclaimer & limitation of liability
The app is provided “as is” without warranties. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
11) Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use means you accept the revised terms.
