Pricing & Shop Policies
These policies apply to Jambu Pro Shop (web + app) orders for books, combo offers, bundles, digital downloads, and services.
1) Pricing
- All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹ / INR) unless stated otherwise on the product page.
- MRP / List price is shown on the product page. If a sale price is listed, checkout will charge the effective price.
- Sale, combo, and bundle offers may be time-limited — prices may revert when stock runs out.
- Digital products (templates, sheets, PDFs) have no shipping charge when the order contains digital items only; mixed carts follow the shipping rule below.
- We may update prices without prior notice; orders already placed are charged at the price at order time.
2) Shipping & delivery charges
- Shipping fee is set per physical product in the admin panel (default ₹99). At checkout, the highest shipping charge among physical items in your cart is applied once per order.
- Shipping is available within India to valid addresses (pincode required).
- Digital delivery: Templates, CRM sheets, digital downloads — delivered after payment confirmation via email, in-app link, or WhatsApp (as described on the product page), usually within 1–3 business days.
- Physical delivery: Typically 5–10 business days after order confirmation (depends on location and stock; remote areas may take longer).
- Delays or failed delivery due to incorrect or incomplete addresses are the customer's responsibility.
3) Payment methods
- Online payment — via Razorpay (UPI, cards, net banking where available).
- Cash on Delivery (COD) — on selected pincodes/orders; total amount (product + shipping) collected on delivery.
- If online payment fails, the order is not completed automatically — try again or choose COD.
- Keep your transaction ID or order number handy for payment disputes.
4) Order confirmation & cancellation
- After placing an order you will receive an order number; track it in the app under Account → My Orders.
- Cancel before dispatch: email support@jambupro.com with your order number — we will try to cancel if the order has not shipped yet.
- Cancellation is not possible after dispatch or digital delivery; see refunds below.
- We may cancel and fully refund orders due to out-of-stock items or pricing errors.
5) Returns & refunds
- Physical books / printed items: return request within 7 days of delivery, unused and in original packaging — full refund or replacement for manufacturing defects or wrong items sent.
- Digital products & services: generally non-refundable once download or access is provided, unless there is a technical fault on our side and delivery could not be completed.
- Combo / bundle: partial returns are not accepted — the full combo is treated under the return policy where applicable.
- Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method (online) or bank/UPI details (COD cases).
6) Product types
- Book — single physical or listed format; details on the product page.
- Combo / Bundle — multiple items together; contents listed on the product page.
- Digital — instant or email delivery; no shipping fee for digital-only orders where applicable.
- Service — custom work (design, etc.); timeline in the product description.
7) GST & invoices
GST invoices can be provided on request — email support@jambupro.com with your order number and billing details.
